GDPR, Data Protection and You/ Privacy Policy
www.naapc-uk.org ("this site"/ “We”) is owned and operated by National Association for the Alliance and Equity of Persons of Colour and the Global Majority Limited. We operate as a service organisation specialising in individual, community, educational, business, political, social and projects and advocacy through delivering content in person or digitally through our websites or other online methods including email and Zoom.
We want you to be comfortable using this site and our services and value the trust you place in us when you provide us with access to your personal data. We will take care with your information; however, we do request that you ensure that you do not submit any personal or sensitive information which you do not want us to collect. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your personal information.
National Association for the Alliance and Equity of Persons of Colour and the Global Majority Limited respects the privacy of every person for whom we have personal data [“data”]. Our service relies on the use of third-party providers which include but is not restricted to software technicians, software providers, accountants, payment providers, support and hosting service providers, records management providers and data storage and cloud providers.
Managing Your Information/Data
When you contract us for services, a link may be provided to you for you to access documentation. Please access and download your material within 7 days, following which the link may have expired or removed and the material may no longer be accessible.
Removal of Your Information/Data
You have the right to request that your data is removed. Once you request removal of your data, we will do our best to remove this within 28 days, but may have to maintain aspects of your information in an anonymized manner to comply with our legal obligations.
